Shush! WSPR – First VK Contact! 🎉

I’ve finally got WSPR (Weak Signal Propagation Reporting) up and

running with both receive and transmit capabilities! 📡 It’s been a fun process getting everything dialed in, and I’m excited to report that I’ve had my first VK (Australia) contact! 🌏

WSPR is an amazing mode for long-distance communications, even with extremely low power (QRP). It’s primarily used for propagation studies, as it allows you to send very low-power signals that can be received thousands of miles away. The setup includes configuring a WSPR transmitter, often powered by just a few watts, and using a receiver to monitor reports from others.
